Bulgaria is defiantly on the road to recovery, nobody can doubt that the country has come a long way in the last sixteen years considering that it is now a member of NATO and very soon of the European Union. The change is obvious, especially to those of us who witnessed the struggle of the nation to come into terms with the free market economy and recover from the tyranny of communism!

I live and work in Bulgaria for 12 years and believe me, during these years my eyes have seen a lot! Children perishing from starvation, people selling their last farm animal to pay for medicine, families falling apart due to lack of means to live, young men and women pushed to crime and prostitution, just for a …daily meal!

Thanks to you, these people are once again lifting their heads up and look into the future with confidence! You may not realize but, by buying a property you help to create jobs, you help the young women and men to stay in their villages and towns, next to their family and friends! This is a great help I can assure you!

I am sure you are welcomed in Bulgaria and I am also sure that eventually you will come to love, as I do, this country and its people. But remember! Still there are a lot of criminals and crooks around who will not think twice to lead you into traps, take your money and leave you in the cold! I am not only referring to the local criminals, I am mainly referring to "estate agents" that have been attracted to the "Bulgarian boom" and moved into the country to take from the "loot" as much as they can!

Please take my advice and use professional, long established and market tested Estate Agents and Consultants. Use people who know Bulgaria, who know the market, who know the laws and have experience and history behind them! Do not entrust your money, your dreams and your investments in the hands of people who are "here today, gone tomorrow". They may speak your language, but do they share your dream? They may be your compatriots, but what do you know about them? If you loose your money because of them, where are you going to find them?

 Obviously you are most welcomed to use our services, tens of clients are doing that every day, but our aim is not to monopolize the market and patronize every foreign client!
